Systemic
relating to or affecting the whole of a system, organization, etc. rather than just some parts of it.
In my opinion, Sun Communities has a systemic issue with Park Management. And I must be right considering the number of negative posts that exist on the Complaint Forums regarding abusive Management within Sun Communities parks.
Here's the problem. Sun Communities will not be affected by negative posts. Most residents will move into their Communities without doing any research. So even though you should file your Complaints on the forums, you need to contact your State Government so they can be aware of these issues.
Start With Complaint Forums
When you have an issue with Sun Communities Management in your Community, typically you're upset because your Complaint has been ignored or continues. So your first thought is to vent your frustration in one of the Complaint forums that you'll find on the Complaint Links page. So your post is going to be written in anger.
Contact Your State Government
But if you really want to have a louder voice, you need to file a Complaint with your State Government, just like I did. Before you start, do your homework. Document as much as you can so you have good reason for the Complaint. And never send your first draft. You should keep reviewing it to make any changes in wording and have it look like you really know what you're talking about.
I've Made It Easier For You
These are the states where Sun Communities own mobile home parks. If everyone who has a Management issue would contact them, they would hopefully really the systemic problem Sun Communities has with their Management Culture.
